| In this paper, we have studied the restriction conditions to K=?QV for MIMO system ι1 optimization problem infQ∈A‖H-?QV‖A, under the assumptions that ? does not have full row rank and V does not have full column rank. A much simpler result than the one in [3] is given. With the new method, ?、V do not need blocking into full rank blocks and factoring into inner-outer matrices. It is suitable for programming. |
