      本文利用自校正调节的方法,提出了以一架轧制力前馈和一架后侧厚信号反馈组成的新型轧辊偏心自校正调节器。并且为了加速辨识速度,设置了初始值检测器。通过仿真研究表明,新系统比一般典型调节系统在克服支承辊偏心干扰不良影响和来料厚度偏差方面,有了很明显的改善。
英文摘要
      This paper introduces a new type self -tuning regulator to overcome the influence of roll eccentricity of the first stand, which uses the rolling force signal of the first stand as feedforward and the gage measuring signal behind the first stand as feedhack. An initial value detector of eccentricity has been built to accelerate the identification speed of self -tuning. It has been illustrated the influence of roll eccentricity and also the thickness disturbance distinctly.
