| Based on the discussion of the Volterra and Fredholm abstract integral equation with delay whose kernels are “quasi -singular” operator, we obtain the if and only if conditions of the uniqueness and the existence of the linear quadratic cost control problem for the parabolic pointwise control systems with delay, and prove that the optimal control is a feedback control. |
