      本文讨论计算机对多台电加热炉用多变量自校正调节器群控的有关问题。包括电加热炉数学模型建立、多变量自校正调节器设计、系统仿真研究、实时控制结果及分析等部分。结果表明:当对象参数慢变时,STR具有较强的适应力,控温精度为(800±1)°C,高于字PID和LQG调节器。
英文摘要
      In this paper, Computer control of a group of electrically heated furnaces with a multivariable Self-tuning regulator is discussed. It includes the modelling of electrically heated furnaces, the design of multivariable self-tuning regulator, the study of system simulation and the analysis of real time control. Operation result shows that STR can adapt to slow variations of parameters and the control accuracy is about (800±1)°C,which is better than that of PID and LQG regulators.
