| In this paper, a necessary and sufficient condition for the state complete controllability of generalized state-space systems with control energy or control amplitude constrained is obtained. This condition shows that the complete controllability of generalized state-space systems with control constrained depends on not only the complete controllability of its slow subsystems, but also the distribution of the eigenvalues of its slow subsystems. |
