| 英文摘要 |
| This paper gives a necessary and sufficient condition for a class of large scale systems to be stabilized by local state feedback. For a wide class of systems which can be stabilized by using local state feedback, we proved that it can be arbitrarily assigned convergent rate. A necessary and sufficient condition for large scale systems to exist decentralized observer and control is obtained. All proofs in the paper are constructive. |
