| Two algorithms for eigenstructure assignment of two dimensional linear systems are proposed which reveal the degrees of freedom in selecting the feedback again matrix of 2-D systems. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a linear state feedback gain matrix are given. By using the degree of freedom which may be offered by these algorithms an output feedback controller can be designed to achieve a desired eigenstructure. |
