| In the paper, the problem of stabilizing uncertain linear time-delay systems is considered, the design procedure of stabilizing controller for a class of uncertain linear time-delay systems is proposed. For a general uncertain linear time-delay system, if its normal system is quadratic stabilizable, the uncertain linear time-delay system is stabilizable and the design procedure of the stabilizing controller is obtained. |
