      本文针对水泥窑外分解窑控制的多变量强耦合,非线性和时变的特点,提出了一种基于知识的智能控制方法。其基本思想是采用专家判别方法辨识工况,对系统参数进行失效诊断,进而自动选择不同的控制策略---随机多变量最优控制或基于模糊控制语言的自学习模糊控制。该方法已经实际应用于窑外分解窑的自动控制。
英文摘要
      In order to solving the control of cement precalcining kiln, we have to pay attention to its features, eg. multivariable, strong coupling, non-linear, time-varying, etc. In this paper, a knowledge-based intelligent control method is presented in detail. The essentials of this method are to identify the operation condition and then to choose different control strategies by expert judgement system. These strategies include stochastic multivariable optimal control and FCL (Fuzzy Control Language)-based self-learning fuzzy control. This method has been used to realize the automatic control of a cement precalcining kiln.
