| In this paper we discuss the problem of the robust stability of closed-loop systems with both normbounded unstructured and linearly dependent coefficient perturbations. At first a vertex-edge like criterion is given. Then we introduce the concept of the phase difference of extreme points. By this concept the robust stability of system discussed can be exactly determined. Finally, a simple algorithm for calculating the phase difference of extreme points is presented. |
