| 英文摘要 |
| This paper addresses the output feedback stabilization problem of linear systems with time-varying delayed states and controls. The proposed controller can be obtained by solving a special algebraic Riccati equation. It is also shown that the stabilizing controller design of a given delayed linear system via dy-namic output feedback is equivalent to that of an augmented delayed linear system via static output feedback. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
