| A simple effective intelligent mould level control method is presented. It consistes of a nonlinear controller, for sliding valve and its hydraulic actuator based on model reduction and inner model control, a feed forward tundish weight controller and a mould level predictive fuzzy controller. Its accuracy and reliability for practical use in continuous casting process are demonstrated by satisfactory experimental and on-line control performances. |
