      将磁控忆阻器耦合于LC振荡电路中, 得到了一种新的忆阻混沌电路. 随后通过理论上的动力学分析、数值 仿真、电路实验等验证了该电路的混沌特性. 为了实现电路的混沌控制, 设计了一种新型模拟时滞控制器. 利用该 控制器将混沌电路状态变量加以延时并反馈至原电路中. 数值仿真和电路实验结果均表明, 所设计的时滞控制器 可实现混沌电路的镇定控制. 进一步研究时滞控制下电路的分岔行为, 发现时滞控制下的电路又可通过倍周期分岔 进入超混沌.
英文摘要
      In this work, a new kind of memristor chaotic circuit is developed when the flux-controlled memristor is coupled to the LC oscillator. The chaotic characteristics of the circuit can be verified by the dynamic analysis, numerical simulations and circuit experiments. Furthermore, in order to control the proposed chaotic circuit, a new type of analog time-delay feedback control circuit is designed. The controller is used to realize the time delay in the state variables of the chaotic circuit, and feedback the resultant state variables to the original circuit. The results from the numerical simulation and the circuit experiment show that the proposed time-delay feedback controller can realize the stabilization control for the chaotic circuit. Finally, the bifurcation behavior of the circuit under the time-delay control is studied; results show that this circuit exhibits hyper chaos from double periodicity bifurcation with time-delay control.
