      为保障用户日益增长的能源消费需求、提高能源利用率, 本文面向多区域综合能源系统, 考虑综合需求响 应, 提出基于聚合商和用户双层博弈的优化运行方法. 在包含聚合商、用户、综合能源系统和能源互联网络的多园 区综合能源系统架构的基础上, 建立了包括下层用户间非合作博弈和上层聚合商联盟合作博弈的双层博弈优化模 型. 其中, 上层聚合商以多区域综合能源系统总运行成本最低为目标进行合作博弈, 下层用户以自身能耗消费成本 最低为目标进行非合作博弈. 算例分析表明, 采用双层博弈模型后, 不同类型的用户的能耗消费成本都有了不同程 度的降低, 优化后的能耗曲线使得各区域综合能源系统运行成本降低13%以上, 实现了系统内部各利益体共赢.
英文摘要
      In order to ensure the increasing energy consumption demand of users and improve energy utilization ratio, this paper proposes an optimized operation approach based on two-level game between aggregators and users for the multiregional integrated energy system considering the integrated demand response (IDR). Based on a multi-regional integrated energy system architecture including aggregators, users, integrated energy systems and energy interconnection networks, a two-level game optimization model including non-cooperative game by lower-level users and upper-level cooperative game by aggregators is constructed. The upper-level aggregators play a cooperative game with the goal of the lowest total operating cost of the multi-regional integrated energy system, and the lower-level users play a non-cooperative game with the goal of the lowest energy consumption cost of their own. The case studies show that after adopting the two-level game model, the energy consumption cost of different types of users has been reduced to varying degrees, and the optimized energy consumption curve makes the operating cost of the integrated energy system in each region correspondingly reduced by more than 13%, which achieves a win-win goal of all stakeholders in the regional integrated energy system.
