      本文研究了一类复杂工业生产场景下多线可重入制造系统均衡生产并跟踪市场需求的问题.首先,基于连 续建模的方法构建一个非线性双曲型偏微分方程,用于描述多线可重入制造系统的复杂动态行为;其次,考虑到复 杂生产场景中难以直接获取系统的全部状态,在存在模糊逼近误差的前提下,设计模糊观测器对可重入制造系统进 行状态观测,并设计模糊动态控制器保证可重入制造系统的生产稳定跟踪市场需求,所设计的动态控制器具有一定 的鲁棒性;此外,本文提出一种算法近似求解观测器和控制器增益完成控制器的综合问题;最后,一个数值实例验 证多线可重入制造系统状态观测与模糊动态控制方法的可行性和有效性.
英文摘要
      This paper investigates the problem of balanced production and tracking market demand of the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system under a complex industrial production scene. Firstly, a nonlinear hyperbolic partial differ ential equation is constructed to describe the complex dynamic behavior of the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system based on continuum modeling method. Secondly, considering that it is difficult to directly obtain all the state of the system in the complex production scene, a fuzzy observer is designed to observe the state of the re-entrant manufacturing system under the premise of the existence of the fuzzy approximation error and a fuzzy dynamic controller is designed to ensure the production stability and tracking market demand of the re-entrant manufacturing system. The designed dynamic controller has certain robustness. In addition, this paper proposes an algorithm to approximately solve the observer and controller gains such that the synthesis problem of the controller is completed. Finally, a numerical example verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the state observation and fuzzy dynamic control for the multi-line re-entrant manufacturing system.
