| 针对控制系统的参数实时调节问题, 本文提出了一种面向扰动抑制的PID参数调节机制, 并形成一种模糊
抗扰PID控制方法. 为了明确参数调节对总扰动的影响, 采用对象重构方法建立了总扰动的显式描述; 通过分析总
扰动到误差的摄动通道, 建立了摄动通道的增益、带宽参数对跟踪误差的调节机制; 进一步将这种调节机制转化为
抗扰PID参数调节的模糊规则, 形成一类模糊抗扰PID控制新方法. 理论分析和仿真结果表明, 所提方法克服了传统
模糊PID在一致性与通用性上的缺陷, 能适用于多类工业对象, 在控制系统的抗扰性能提升上具有显著效果. |
| 英文摘要 |
| Addressing the issue of real-time parameter adjustment in control systems, this paper proposes a PID parameters’
adjustment mechanism for disturbance suppression, leading to the development of a fuzzy disturbance rejection PID
control method. To clarify the impact of parameters’ adjustment on total disturbances, explicit descriptions of the total disturbances
are established through plant reconstruction. The perturbation channel from total disturbance to error is analyzed,
and a tuning mechanism for the gain and bandwidth parameters of the channel affecting the tracking error is established.
This tuning mechanism is then translated into fuzzy rules for disturbance rejection PID parameter adjustment, resulting in
a new class of fuzzy disturbance rejection PID control method. Theoretical analysis and simulation results indicate that
the proposed method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional fuzzy PID in terms of consistency and universality, and is
applicable to various industrial plants, showing significant effectiveness in enhancing the disturbance rejection performance
of control systems. |
