| The condition for systems to have Linear characteristic coefficients is studied in this paper. The mistake in [1]、[2] has been pointed out and a sufficient condition for systems to have Linear characteristic coefficients has been established. It is proved that this sufficient condition can include the condition in [1] as a special case. |
