| A key concept of decentralized disturbance decoupling, called structurally (A, Bi) invariant subspace, is studied in this paper. A new necessary condition, consistent condition named by author, is proposed, its fundamental properties are discussed and the sufficient and necessary conditions for structurally (A, Bi) invariant subspace is firstly presented. |
