| In this paper the Morgan’s problem (MP) of non-quadrant systems is discussed. Noticing the characteristics of MP and with the help of Yokoyama-Han canonical form, we obtain a set of constraints which are needed essentically and only if there is a solution in MP. For a particalar kind of MP in non-quadrant systems this set of constraints have a good picture of calculating possibility. |
