      本文讨论了一类非线性奇异振动控制系统。文中我们运用动态分析的办法，结合处理非线性的技巧，着重研究了该系统的局部光滑反馈镇定性.

      In this paper, a kind of nonlinear singularly perturbed control systems is discussed. We apply dynamical analysis methods combining techniques dealing with the nonlinear problems to stabilization with a smooth feedback control.
