      本文考虑了动态系统的自适应控制问题，分析了具有瞬时特征的参数跟踪算法。依据这种算法导出了“参数预报自适应控制律”。并介绍了它在农业中的应用。
英文摘要
      In this paper, we consider self-adaptive control problems of dynamic system. We introduce and analyse the estimation method with instantaneity of parameters, in accordance with the above method result in the “parameters forecasting self-adaptive control method ” and introduce its application in the agriculture.
