| 本文提出一种判别系统稳定性的实时新判据。它推理严谨，计算简单，不占机时，只通过分析一个与系统有关的简单数列的变化趋势就能判定系统的稳定性以及稳定性能的优劣。它适用于在线判别系统的稳定性，具有理论和实际价值。仿真结果表明，此方法在计算速度及稳定裕度判别方面明显优于其它方法。 |

| This paper proposed a new on-line criterion, based on exact theoretical analyses, to determine the system stability and its margin by analyzing the varying tendency of a relative series. Simulation has shown that less computation is required in comparison with other criterions. |
