| This paper proposes a new technique for analysis of the D robust stability of a polynomial family. This method is much more easy for understanding and application than others and can be suitable to any D region in the complex plant which has a continuous boundary. This naturally gives rise to the development of extension of Kharitonov’s theorem. |
