      本文给出了一种新用于判定具有多滞后及系统参数扰动线性连续大系统鲁棒稳定性的充分条件,同时,基于遗传算法(GA)技术,给出了这个充分条件在实际工程应用中的实现算法。数字计算结果验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。

      In this paper we not only present a new sufficient condition for testing the robust stability of linear large scale systems with time delays and system parameter perturbation but also give an implement algorithm for applying the sufficient condition in practical engineering based on GA(genetic algorithm). Numerical computation are performed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm
