      本文首先改进了竞争学习算法，并且在此基础上提出了递阶聚类的思想，然后利用这种思想得到了一种分布式RBF(Radial basis function)神经网络，文章最后将这种网络应用于建立精榴塔成分估计的软测量模型，利用精馏塔的现场操作数据进行仿真，效果很好.
英文摘要
      This paper first improves the competitive learning algorithm， then a method of hierarchy clus- tering is proposed. Furthermore， a kind of distributed RBF neural network is constructed and then applied in the designing of a soft sensor model for a distillation column. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the new network.
